PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS
Payment must be made within 30 days of the date noted on the invoice, unless agreed prior.
A fee of $250 plus GST will be incurred in the event of a cancellation within 24hours of the confirmed appointment time. This includes, but is not limited to cancellations due to weather or unforseen circumstances.
Screech Productions assumes no responsibility for weather conditions, including the state of how the landscape is perceived. Should you not be satisfied with the appearance of a landscape or object (i.e. land looking baron/dry), the invoice must still be paid in full. We are unable to provide concessions or refunds in the event of the above occurring.
GENERAL
Screech’s relationship with any other party is that of an independent contractor and should therefore not be construed as employment, agency, partnership , joint venture or any other relationship in which one party may be liable for any act or omission of the other party.
